This Ministerial Decree establishes the regulations on conservation of degraded agricultural land and land infected with pests and plant diseases with a view of soil rehabilitation. It shall not be applicable to disturbed land allotted for mining and mineral extraction. Identification and localization of degraded, polluted and disturbed land, and the plots of land infected with pests and plant diseases shall be carried out by the local executive body on request of landowner or land tenant.

This Regulation lays down amendments and addenda to Regulation No. 531 of 1998 on non-divided agricultural lands. According to these new provisions, undivided agricultural lands, as identified by the competent municipal commission and certified by the chief of the immovable property registration office, can be rented by the local government to foreign and domestic individuals or legal entities.

These Regulations, which are made pursuant to section 98 of the Environment Act 1995, provide for payments to be made to any person who enters an agreement with the Minister requiring him to carry out an activity which is conducive to a specified purpose on land in which he has an interest. The Regulations specify the maximum rates of payments for activities, which are beneficial to the Environment and listed in the Schedules, under an agreement and specify professional fees and charges in connection with an agreement or application therefor (regs.

The Government decrees to validate the Agreement between the Russian Federation and International Bank for Reconstruction and Development concerning the land based credit for putting into effect land reform that was signed in Washington on 22 June 1994. The sum of the land based credit is 80 million US dollars. This Decree establishes that the restitution of the credit must be financed by the introduction of the special land tax.

En el marco de la Ley Nº 19.253, este Decreto tiene por objeto reglamentar la organización y el funcionamiento del Registro Público de Tierras Indígenas. La Corporación Nacional de Desarrollo Indígena es la autoridad responsable de abrir y mantener dicho registro, en el cual se inscribirán todas las tierras indígenas a que se refiere el artículo 12 de la mencionada Ley.

These Regulations was formulated in order to strengthen the management of rural collective assets, protect the lawful rights and interests of the owners and operators of the assets of collective economic organizations, and promote the development of rural collective economy.

El presente Decreto establece normas reglamentarias relativas al procedimiento de regularización de la posesión de la pequeña propiedad raíz y a efectos de constituir el dominio sobre ella. Se introducen disposiciones sobre las facultades del Subsecretario de Bienes Nacionales, quien a su vez podrá delegarlas en los Jefes de División, Secretarios Regionales Ministeriales, Jefes de Oficinas Provinciales o Abogados del Ministerio. El Reglamento establece disposiciones detalladas sobre el procedimiento, la presentación de las solicitudes, los casos de denegación.

The present Ordinance implements the Saxony Nature Protection Law of 11 October 1994. Article 1 establishes that the Free State of Saxony grants - under the available budget - financial aid for loss of income caused by significant difficulties to use land. Hardship compensation shall also be granted for damages caused by free living, non-huntable game. The competent authority shall decide upon reasonable discretion taking into account the individual case. The text consists of 4 articles.

This Decree establishes the modalities of updating cadastre value of immovable property (revision and re-calculation) subject to application of levies and taxes. Cadastre value of immovable property shall be updated by 1 January of the following year if within 15 October of the previous year was updated cadastre value of urban and rural land, was conducted zoning, due to change of land boundaries as a result of new mapping or due to change or modification of specific purposeful use of land.

In order to remove the violations in calculation and payment of the rents, in regulation of the use of the land plots of the Agricultural Lands Redistribution Reserve under the Ministry of agriculture and water economy of the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic hereby decrees that seed production and cattle breeding farms, dairy farms having not less than 10 milk cows using the lands of Agricultural Lands Redistribution Reserve under the Ministry of agriculture and water economy of the Kyrgyz Republic shall be free from rent and shall pay only the land tax.
