This Order establishes the modalities of valuation of the plots of land owned by natural persons and subject to avowry. Land valuation shall be carried out by district and city executive bodies in the place of location of land plots. In case of dispute between landowner and land valuer as regards land value landowner shall have the right to turn to independent experts or appeal to court. Land plots shall be valued in accordance with normative price of land allotted in private ownership.

El Decreto Supremo, que consta de 2 articulos, aprueba el Texto único de procedimientos administrativos (TUPA) del Proyecto Especial de Titulación de Tierras y Catastro Rural (PETT) del Ministerio de Agricultura.

La Resolución, que consta de 2 articulos, aprueba la Directiva de la Superintendencia Nacional de los Registros Públicos Nº 002-99-SUNARP/SN, cuya finalidad es la de establecer los requisitos a que debe sujetarse la presentación de los formularios registrales para la inscripción de los actos y contratos relacionados con la inmatriculación, acumulación, desmembración, parcelación, transferencia, cargas y gravámenes de predios rurales.

Implementa: Decreto Legislativo Nº 667 - Ley del registro de predios rurales. (1991-09-12)

El Decreto, que consta de 3 artículos, crea e integra la Comisión de Titulación de Terrenos Urbanos para familias ocupantes de terrenos de propiedad del Estado Dominicano y de los municipios, donde se hayan fomentado mejoras de viviendas, tomando en cuenta que la ocupación no debe ser menor de 5 años y de manera pacifica e ininterrumpida.

El presente Reglamento, que consta de 3 capítulos y 15 artículos, tiene como objeto regular el procedimiento a seguir y los derechos y deberes de las partes, mediadores, asesores y representantes en el tramite de mediación institucional establecido en la Ley Nº 278, Ley sobre propiedad reformada urbana y agraria de 1997. Por tratarse de procesos de mediación institucional, administrados por la Oficina Nacional de Mediación, todo proceso de mediación se llevara a cabo en las instalaciones que disponga la mencionada Oficina y con mediadores certificados por ésta.

El presente Reglamento, que consta de 3 capítulos y 13 artículos, tiene como objeto regular aspectos administrativos y reglamentarios de los procesos arbitrales establecidos en la Ley Nº 278, Ley sobre propiedad reformada urbana y agraria de 1997. La Corte Suprema de Justicia, a través de la Oficina Nacional de Arbitraje, será la institución a cargo de la administración de los procesos arbitrales.

El presente Reglamento operativo, que consta de 4 capítulos y 17 artículos, crea la Dirección de Resolucion Alterna de Conflictos de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, con el encargo de brindar el marco institucional y técnico necesario para el funcionamiento de la mediación y el arbitraje como métodos alternos para la solución de conflictos relativos a la propiedad, de conformidad con la Ley Nº 278, en coordinación con el sistema de la propiedad existente y del cual forman parte la Procuraduría General de Justicia y la Intendencia de la Propiedad.

The State Treasury validates amendments and additions No. 5 to the Regulation of the State Treasury No. 29 of 1995 regarding the application of the Law "On royalties for the use of land". This document has been previously approved by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and by the State Land Committee. Paragraph 42 acquires a new wording that reads as follows: "In case of non-payment of land tax by a specified date is imposed a fine established by the Federal Law".

The State Treasury validates amendments and additions No. 4 to the Regulation of the State Treasury No. 29 of 1995 regarding the application of the Law "On royalties for the use of land" according to the Annex. This document has been previously approved by the Ministry of Finance and by the State Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey. Regulation 1 is modified as follows: paragraph 5 is supplemented with point 25.

This Order regards the Law "On royalties for the use of land". Paragraph 1, point 1 acquires a new wording. It reads as follows: "owners of small private enterprises are exempted from payment of the land tax because of the substitution of the land tax, federal, regional and local royalties for the use of land by a unitary production tax for a given period of time. Owners of the small private enterprises, however, have the right to choose the form of the taxation system."

This Order regards Articles 5 and 26 of the Law "On royalties for the use of land". Paragraph 5, point 4 acquires a new wording. It reads as follows: "Ministerial Decree No. 1108 of 1993 regarding specially authorized bodies of wildlife protection and regulation establishes that the Ministry of Agriculture (the Department on protection and rational use of the wildlife species and its territorial branches) and other specially authorized bodies represent specially authorized bodies of wildlife protection and regulation".

This Order regards Article 26 of the Law "On royalties for the use of land". The new wording of this Article reads as follows: "Managerial boards of the farming, gardening ,housing and breeding cooperative societies must submit calculations of the land taxes to the Treasury's district inspections, on which territory the plots of land are located, and pay the royalties for the use of land to the budget of the local administration before the issuing of landownership certificates to their members.
