The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. The document consists of VI Sections that contain 40 Articles. Section I lays down the general provisions. Section II regards the particulars of allocation of the plots of land for construction. Section III regards the particulars of concession in lease of the plots of land for farming. Section IV regards the particulars of concession of private ownership of the plots of land for personal subsidiary small-holding. Section V regards the particulars of concession of private ownership of the plots of land for individual housing.

La presente Resolución dispone que las entidades estatales del Ministerio de la Agricultura que cuenten en la actualidad con fincas estatales, deberán adecuarlas a los Principios básicos que la mencionada Resolución establece, disponiendo que la responsabilidad en cuanto a la creación, funcionamiento y desarrollo de la finca estatal como forma organizativa de producción agropecuaria corresponde a los directores de empresas.

El presente Decreto reglamenta el capitulo III de la Ley Nº 70 de 1993, adoptando el procedimiento para el reconocimiento del derecho a la propiedad colectiva de las tierras de las comunidades negras, mediante el cual una comunidad negra podrá constituirse en Consejo Comunitario, que como persona jurídica ejerce la máxima autoridad de administración interna dentro de las Tierras de las Comunidades Negras, de acuerdo con los mandatos constitucionales y legales que lo rigen y los demás que le asigne el sistema de derecho propio de cada comunidad.

The plots of public land can be: 1) sold or transferred free of charge into private ownership; 2) transferred on condition of permanent of temporary land tenure; 3) transferred on other conditions regulated by legislative acts or international agreements. Ownership of land is represented by private property of citizens and non-governmental legal persons. The owner has the right of possession, tenancy and disposal of land pertaining to his ownership. The Regulation consists of 14 Sections and contains 8 Annexes. Section 1 lays down the general provisions.

El presente Decreto reglamenta parcialmente la Ley Nº 160 de 1994, en lo relativo a la elaboración del avalúo comercial de predios y mejoras que se adquieran para fines de reforma agraria y la intervención de peritos en los procedimientos administrativos agrarios de competencia del Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria (INCORA). En los procedimientos administrativos de adquisición de tierras y mejoras rurales que adelante directamente el INCORA, se ordenará la realización de un avalúo comercial de los inmuebles y bienes respectivos por parte de un perito.

This Decision of the Prime Minister concerns so-called PAM forests, i.e. forests planted with the World Food Program aid capital. It outlines principles of management and use of such forests and lays down conditions for PAM forest owners. It also outlines rights and duties of Pam forest owners in specified regions and as regards certain forest areas. Forest owners shall be entitled to fully own PAM forests on land planted for production forests and protective forest in "less crucial" regions, and local protective forest within villages.

Resolution relative to corporeal compensation for appropriated real estates and amortization of the right of disposal of vacant agricultural reform lands (No. 90 of 1996).

This Regulation provides for compensations in kind, i.e. other land, for the alienation of agricultural land. It provides criteria for the calculation of compensation and prohibits compensation for the certain types of land. If the owner of the land does not wish a compensation in kind or compensation in kind results difficult, then the Committee established by Resolution No. 222 of 1977 may fix a compensation in cash. (8 sections)

These Rules are made under section 181 of the principal Act, and relate to the procedures to be followed in the application to the Registrar of Titles, under section 133 of the Act, for confirmation of possessory title. The model form is presented in the annexed Schedule.

These Regulations (24 sections and 1 Schedule) are made pursuant to section 181 of the principal Act and relate to the faculty of any person who considers himself entitled to absolute ownership of any land, either in his own right or as trustee, and who is or would, but for some tenancies or incumbrances, be in actual possession of the land, to apply for a certificate of possessory title. They specify the contents of the request, notice requirements, legal/administrative proceedings, etc. The Schedule contains model forms for the purposes of these Regulations.
