This Act makes provision for a wide variety of matters regarding public and private land and community land (as defined respectively by Articles 62, 63, 64 and 260 of the Constitution), and in particular provides of the sustainable administration and management of land and land-based resources. It also provides for (compulsory) acquisition of land.
The present Law lays down provisions relating to building technology and building equipment, as well as to special environmental, health and energy requirements of buildings. Furthermore, the Law also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Law. The text consists of 120 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General principles and procedural rules (I); Construction guidelines (II); Penalties, transitional provisions and final provisions (III).

An Act by the regional government of Vienna on the prevention and reduction of pollution to implement the Council Directive 96/61/EC concerning integrated pollution prevention and control. For the purposes of the present Act “pollution” means the direct or indirect introduction as a result of human activity, of substances, vibrations, heat or noise into the air, water or land which may be harmful to human health or the quality of the environment, result in damage to material property, or impair or interfere with amenities and other legitimate uses of the environment.
This Law establishes legal and organizational grounds for allotment and tenure of land plots for installation of energy objects, establishment of and compliance with legal status of special protected zones of energy objects with a view of continual functioning of such objects, rational utilization of land, and also ensuring safety of population and protection thereof against risks of technological disasters.
La presente Ley regula el régimen de las viviendas rurales sostenibles, que podrá implantarse en todo suelo no sujeto a protección sectorial.

La presente Ley establece los mecanismos y políticas sectoriales para la prevención, protección y fortalecimiento de las naciones y los pueblos indígenas originarios que se encuentran en situación de alta vulnerabilidad. Los mecanismos de protección contemplan el impedir cualquier tipo de perturbación en los territorios ocupados por dichas naciones y pueblos, como así también la promoción de iniciativas comunitarias para el aprovechamiento sustentable de los recursos naturales, facilitando la rehabilitación de la seguridad alimentaria y el acceso a los servicios básicos.
