The present Regulations are enacted under the Mackenzie Valley Resource Management Act. Section 2 establishes that proposed or existing developments set out in Schedule 2 that are situated in a national park, national park reserve or national historic site are developments for which preliminary screenings are not required by reason that their impact on the environment of the Mackenzie Valley is insignificant. These Regulations provide a framework for the integrated prevention and control of pollution arising from industrial activities. They also lay down rules designed to prevent or, where that is not practicable, to reduce emissions into air, water and land and to prevent the generation of waste, in order to achieve a high level of protection of the environment taken as a whole. These provisions apply to industrial activities giving rise to pollution. Research activities, development activities and the testing of new products and processes are excluded from the application scope.

These Regulations lay down rules for the integrated prevention and control of pollution arising from certain industrial activities. These provisions apply to the industrial activities listed in Schedule I.

The present Regulation is made under the Private Managed Forest Land Act. The Regulation provides for Council powers and administrative requirements , owner requirements with regard to: administration , soil conservation, structures and activities near streams, fish streams and water supply areas, reforestation. This Decree states that the minister in charge of agricultural affairs shall excersise the powers of controlling and techical supervision of county governmental offices in respect of food-chain control, forestry, hunting, fishery, animal protection, wine production, plant production, soil protection, animal breeding, agricultural damage valuation and agricultural administration. The National Food-chain Safety Office shall contribute to the excersice of the minister's technical governing powers.

These Regulations amend the Scottish Landfill Tax (Administration) Regulations 2015 so as to make provision for the purposes of the Scottish landfill tax in relation to weigh bridges for weighing material intended for landfill and weighing-related offences and penalties. Other provisions make minor correcting amendments.

This Order provides that exemption certificates may be issued by Revenue Scotland to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency, Scottish local authorities and other bodies who have powers to remove illegally or improperly deposited waste. In terms of the Order, disposals of illegally deposited waste at an authorised landfill site are not chargeable to Scottish landfill tax under the Landfill Tax (Scotland) Act 2014, if made in accordance with an exemption certificate.

This Order, made under section 13(2) and (5) of the Landfill Tax (Scotland) Act 2014, specifies the first standard rate and lower rate for Scottish landfill tax. Tax is to be calculated by reference to the weight and types of material disposed of, as provided for in section 13 of the Act.

La presente Resolución aprueba la Guía para la elaboración de estudios de Evaluación de Riesgos a la Salud y el Ambiente (ERSA), con el fin de entender las relaciones y causalidades entre la presencia de los contaminantes, las distintas rutas y vías de exposición y los efectos adversos observados en el ambiente o los efectos potenciales que puedan presentarse, considerando lo establecido en las guías de muestreo de suelo y de elaboración de Planes de Descontaminación de Suelos.
