This Act, consisting of four Parts and completed by six Schedules, concerns the sale of certain lands in New South Wales and related matters. It regulates the stipulation of contracts related procedures.

This Act, consisting of 83 divided into seven Parts and completed by two Schedules, makes provisions on the valuation of land in New South Wales and it establishes the office of Valeur-General for the purpose of administering the Act.
