Section 140 of the Principal Act is deleted and replaced with the following: "(1) Any party may, upon payment of the prescribed fee, appeal from any order or judgment of the Court: (a) if the order or judgment relates to the determination of hereditary estates or titles, to the Privy Council pursuant to Clause 50 of the Constitution; (b) in every other case, to the Court of Appeal. Any such appeal shall be made in such manner as may be prescribed by rules of court within 42 days of the date of the order or judgment appealed. (2) Sections 141 to 145 inclusive shall apply to appeals to the Privy Council."
