This Act amends the Land and Titles Act 1981 by inserting new sections 26A-26E. These new provisions concern the appointment of a person qualified to be a Judge or a Samoan Judge as President of the Land and Titles Court and disqualification of such a person from hearing an application for leave to appeal or an appeal under Part IX of the Act.
