This Ministerial Decree regards reservation of the plots of land for setting up and expansion of the regional and local protected areas which shall be carried out in accordance with the program of the development of protected areas and ecological networks by decision of the regional and local executive powers. Territorial branches of authorized environmental institution shall draw up proposals and submit application to the local executive powers regarding reservation of the plots of land destined for protected areas. After the examination in situ of the plots of land by the authorized land institution with the participation of the concerned landowners the results thereof shall be legalized in the form of the official act containing map of the plots of land destined for protected areas that must be signed by the members of land commission and by the landowners or their legal representatives. The decision on reservation of the plots of land, the boundaries thereof and use restrictions shall be made by regional and local executive powers in conformity with the aforesaid official act.
