This Act amends the Custom and Adopted Laws Act 1971 in section 4 and by adding a new section 12. The amendments of section 4 concerns the conflict or variance between the rules of equity and the rules of the common law relating to the same matter, giving precedence to rules of equity. Section 12 concerns "modification of application of English Statutes relating to the limitation of actions.
