This Act concerns the assessment of the value of public and private land and for this purpose assigns duties to the Commissioner of Land and constitutes the Land Valuation Board to hear appeals from decisions of the Commissioner. Special provision is made for the valuation of tenantries.The Act sets out procedures of valuation, the notification of valuation and objections and appeal against valuations.
