This Ministerial Decree establishes that Federal Service of State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography shall be the authorized federal executive body carrying out functions of state registration of rights to immovable property and transactions therewith, land valuation, land survey, land monitoring and geodesy and cartography. Federal Service of State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography shall carry out keeping Unified state register of rights to immovable property, state land survey database, land monitoring (except for agricultural land), state land control and state metrological supervision over geodetic and cartographic activity, including distant zoning of the Earth.
