The present Law lays down provisions relating to official land survey and spatial information in the Land Hessen. Article 1 establishes that the official survey and spatial information system is part of the national infrastructure for spatial development safeguarding ownership of land. The text consists of 48 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Basis of official survey and spatial information (I); Official land survey (II); Public Spatial Information System (III);Transitional and final provisions (IV). Three Annexes are enclosed.
