The present Law establishes a Land Management Commission which shall deal with matters concerning the sale of real property, granting of compensation and credit support in land transactions, acquisition of parcels of land, expropriation proceedings, land consolidation and the setting up of land contracts. The text consists of 4 articles as follows: Establishment, composition (1); Activity of the Commission (2); Responsibilities of the Commission (3); Entry into force (4).
