The Order partly amends Order No. 94, in particular the deadline and means for applying for subsidy – whereby the application must be submitted electronically and in adherence to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 640/2014 of 11 March 2014. The Order repeals articles 25, 25a-25f, 30 and 39. A new Chapter (6a) is inserted and provides rules on the decrease of subsidy in adherence to article 35 of Commission Regulation No. 640/2014 of 11 March 2014. There will be no payment of subsidies for areas mentioned in article 32, section 2b of Regulation (EU) No. 1307/2013.

Implements: Regulation (EU) No. 1307/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing rules for direct payments to farmers under support schemes within the framework of the common agricultural policy and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No. 637/2008 and Council Regulation (EC) No. 73/2009. (2013-12-17)

Once the seat of Viking raiders and later a major north European power, Denmark has evolved into a modern, prosperous nation that is participating in the general political and economic integration of Europe. It joined NATO in 1949 and the EEC (now the EU) in 1973. However, the country has opted out of certain elements of the EU's Maastricht Treaty, including the European Economic and Monetary Union, European defense cooperation, and issues concerning certain justice and home affairs.

Denmark is a parliamentary constitutional monarchy.
