Order No. 333 of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food validating the Regulation on Chief Regional Department of State Service for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre.

This Order establishes that Chief Regional Department of State Service for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre shall be territorial body operating in contact with the head of local self-government in the process of fulfilling its duties and tasks. The Chief Department, in accordance with the tasks assigned thereto, shall perform: (a) shall elaborate proposals, within its sphere of competence, related to its sphere of activities; (b) submits proposals for the adaptation of the national legislation to EU legislation; (c) elaborates and submits to State Service for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre proposals related to development of land legislation, normative, technical documentation and standards related to land management; (d) provides administrative services in its sphere of competence; and (e) performs works within security zones of geodetic points, including demolition of obsolete and repositioning of geodetic points.
