This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of organization, conservation, protection and management of protected areas of regional and local significance.
Article 11 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Functioning of protected areas of regional significance shall be performed in accordance with validated regulations related to specific protected areas”.

This Law provides for the taxations of transactions involving rights in land as defined by this Law. It also provides for exemptions, payment of tax, reduction or remission of tax and proceedings for the recovery of tax.
This Act amends the Deeds Registries Act 1937 in provisions concerning, among other things: the definition of " deeds registry"; the issuing of a certificate of title to replace a lost or destroyed deed; and change of deeds.
