The Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII) provides free internet access to Australasian legal materials. AustLII's broad public policy agenda is to improve access to justice through better access to information. To that end, we have become one of the largest sources of legal materials on the net, with over four million searchable documents.

An Act to amend the Western Lands Act 1901 with respect to the recognition of public and other roads, the assessment of annual rents and the constitution and functions of a Western Lands Advisory Council. Amendments to the Act are to be found in the schedules: Amendments with respect to public roads and rights of way; Amendments with respect to rent; Amendments with respect to Western Lands Advisory Council; Provisions with respect to constitution and procedure of Western Lands Advisory Council; Miscellaneous amendments; Amendments by way of statute law revision.

National Parks and Wildlife (Adjustment of Areas) Act 2001.

This Act revokes the reservation of certain areas of land as national parks and nature reserves, as made under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974. Lands whose reservation has been revoked are vested in the Minister responsible for the administration of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974. Under section 6, native title rights and interests are not affected by the provisions of the Act.
