The present Ordinance implements the Introductory Law relating to the Federal Agricultural Soil Act of 23 October 1994. Article 1 establishes that the Agricultural and Environmental Office is entrusted with the enforcement of the afore-mentioned Law. The purpose of the present Law is to lay down rules aimed at the establishment of the infrastructure for spatial information in Upper Austria with a view to environmental policies and activities which may have an impact on the environment. The text consists of 20 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Metadata, spatial data sets and spatial data services (2); Network services (3); Use of spatial data and spatial data services by competent authorities (4); Coordination and monitoring (5); Legal protection (6); Final provisions (7). Three Annexes are enclosed.

This Regional Law establishes the legal basis for the development of mountainous areas of the Republic of Dagestan, the preservation and rational use of their natural resources and cultural heritage. Mountain territory shall be considered terrain with rugged relief and relative elevations of 500 m or more within a radius of 25 km, as well as terrain with an absolute height of relief of 1,000 m and more.

Spatial Information Act.

The purpose of the present Act is to transpose into national legislation the Directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE). Article 1 of the above-mentioned Act establishes that the present Act regulates the creation, maintenance and organization of a national spatial data infrastructure. In particular the Act aims to provide authorities, economy, science and the public with spatial information in a sustainable, up to date, quick and simple way.
