The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

La presente Ley autoriza al Instituto de Desarrollo Rural (INDER) para que condone parcial o totalmente las deudas pendientes de pago por concepto del principal e intereses corrientes, moratorias y póliza, por la asignación, a título oneroso, de predios otorgados antes del 31 de diciembre de 2005 por el Instituto de Tierras y Colonización (ITCO) o el Instituto de Desarrollo Agrario (IDA), a personas físicas o jurídicas, aunque los títulos de propiedad e inscripción se hubieran registrado con posterioridad a esa fecha.
Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) (England) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2016 (S.I. No. 1118 of 2016).
These Regulations amend the Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) (England) Regulations 2015 by substituting new Form 3 for the equivalent form prescribed in the principal Regulations. Schedule 3 sets out a notice of a property to let on an Assured Tenancy or an Assured Agricultural occupancy. Amendments have been made to reflect the new ground for possession under section 8 of the Housing Act 1988, ground 7B, which was introduced by section 41 of the Immigration Act 2016.
Regional Law No. 3501-KZ amending Regional Law No. 725-KZ “On ensuring fertility of agricultural land”.
Article 7.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Owners, possessors, tenants, including lease holders, of agricultural land plots with area of 100 ha and over with a view of conservation and reproduction of soil fertility shall ensure planting of no less than 10 percent of total area with legume grasses”.

Regional Law No. 3498-KZ amending Regional Law No. 532-KZ “On regulation of land relations”.
Article 18 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Transfer of precious agricultural land plots to other land categories shall be authorized if the aforesaid agricultural land plots are destined for location of federal, regional and municipal structures in accordance with land-use planning documentation”.

Decreto Nº 1.850 - Modifica el Decreto Nº 2.365, que suprime el Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural (INCODER).
El presente Decreto modifica el que suprime el Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural (INCODER), respecto a la representación judicial del INCODER que continuará ejerciendo la representación judicial en los procesos en que sea parte el Instituto Colombiano para la Reforma Agraria (INCORA), el Instituto Colombiano de Adecuación de Tierras (INAT), el Fondo de Cofinanciación para la Inversión Rural (DRI), el Instituto Nacional de Pesca y Acuicultura (INPA) y el INCODER, hasta la culminación de la transferencia de los mismos a las entidades correspondientes antes del cierre de la liquidación.
