This Decree states that as a result of survey carried out by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, maps determining the geographic coordinates of areas under risk of landslides shall be approved. Furthermore this Decree underlines that construction works are prohibited in these areas, except for construction projects approved by the local authorities. Approved maps are attached to this Decree.

Law № 892-IQ on the structure and distribution of land.
This Law sets forth principles and procedures of registration and demarcation of land, and the duties and authorities of the state agencies and municipalities in this respect. The Law consists of 15 Articles and 4 Sections. It contains provisions on principles of land structure and land administration, land registration, demarcation of land borders, nomenclature and classification of land, establishment of administrative units for land management, land use planning, land registry, and sanctions.
Constitution of Azerbaijan 1995 (rev. 2016)
The constitution was drafted by a Constitutional Commission and approved by the Supreme Soviet. It was ratified by 91.9% of voters in a popular referendum.
Ministerial Decree No. 33 on some issues related with the Collegium of the State Land Committee.
The Collegium of the State Land Committee was established on 13 February 1998 upon the Ministerial Decree № 25. By this Decree, number and composition of members of the Collegium are reapproved by the Council of Ministers. The Collegium shall be composed of 15 members and the Chairman of the State Land Committee shall chair the Collegium.
Ministerial Decree No. 2 on state cadastre and monitoring of protected areas and objects.
This Decree states that carrying out state cadastre of protected areas and objects aims at a) strengthening state control and protecting natural reserve fund, b) preparing plans for economic and social development, land management, urban planning and environmental expertise, and c) data collection and systematization, analysis of the efficiency of the current situation and provide information for national, regional and local authorities, ministries, organizations and other real and legal persons.
