The present Regulations enforces provisions of the Ontario Co-operative Corporations Act by prescribing forms and by regulating more in detail various matters mainly relating to internal organization and procedures of cooperative societies including registration; records of a co-operative society; membership and meeting of members; management and financial matters; and arbitration and other dispute resolution. The text consists of 24 sections.

This Act provides for the description of a cooperative and dictates how cooperatives must operate. It governs all cooperatives incorporated in the Province of Saskatchewan, with the exception of credit unions and caisses populaires, which are regulated under a different piece of legislation, the Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act.

The lands described in the Schedules are designated as conservation reserves with the purpose of protecting natural heritage areas and natural features on public land and preserving traditional public land uses including wildlife viewing, hunting, fishing, walking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing and boating. Furthermore, Land within a conservation reserve shall not be used for mining, commercial forest harvest, hydro-electric power development, the extraction of aggregate and peat or other industrial uses. The text consists of 2 sections and 292 Schedules.

The present Regulation is made under the Surveyors Act. In particular the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the Association of Ontario Land Surveyors. The principal object of the Association is to regulate the practice of professional land surveying and to govern its members and holders of certificates of authorization in accordance with the afore-mentioned Act and the present Regulations serve and protect the public interest. The Regulation includes the code of ethics and the standards of practice, which must be adhered to by all members of the Association.

The present Regulation enforces the Land Titles Act (R.S.O. 1990, c. L.5). In particular, the Regulation repeals the General Regulation (O. Reg. 26/99) concerning various land title divisions in application of section 85 of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 2 sections.
