Article 1 decrees the establishment and composition of the Two Committees for the estimation and assessment of the expropriated lands situated into the borders of Doha City and Rayyan and the lands located into the borders of the other towns and villages. Article 2 deals with competencies and duties of the aforementioned Committees.
