This indicator is part of the set of Indicators of the Legal Security of Indigenous and Community Lands estimated by LandMark (http://www.landmarkmap.org/). it answers to the following question: Does the law explicitly recognize that Indigenous Peoples land rights include the rights to all trees on the land?
