Joseph works for the Norwegian Refugee Council as Core Competency Specialist for the Information, Counselling and Legal Assistance Programme. Jackson brings to the discussion more than 14 years of HLP experience from multiple countries.

He led the development of NRC’s eviction prevention and response programme in Somalia, co-chaired the HLP Sub Cluster, and has been working on eviction issues for the last four years.
