Rebecca Rosario Hallin is an international policy expert with over ten years of experience in sustainable development, gender analysis, and political affairs. Rebecca's career spans roles within the Swedish Foreign Service, where she implemented the Swedish Feminist Foreign Policy, focusing on gender integration, sustainable financing and funding, and policy analysis. She also experience from working with the private sector, as Head of the Partnership Team at the Swedish Embassy in Bogota, where she also served as the political rapporteur in Ecuador. Further, she holds a Master of Science in Gender Studies, emphasizing the interaction between gender, justice, and society, with a specialty in gender integration and policy in the UN.
