Sarah is an Economist at the International Growth Centre. She has a background in foreign investment, natural resource management, and public administration. She has a Masters of Public Administration from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) and an L.L.B. from the University of Cape Town. Prior to working at the IGC, Sarah worked for Radon Law Offices and the Columbia Centre on Sustainable Investment in New York City.
