Land Titles Investigation Act 1966.

This Act constitutes a Commission to investigate and determine titles to certain lands. Any person desiring to make a claim to the Commission to individual ownership of or property in any land in Western Samoa other than land undoubtedly held by him as individual property for an estate in fee simple created or confirmed by a Court Grant or a Crown Grant, may give notice in writing of his claim to the Secretary (sect. 15). The form of such notice is specified in section 16. The Commission shall investigate and decide on claims in accordance with section 17.

Customary Law (Bikini Atoll) Act 1994.

This Act declares customary law pursuant to Article X, Section 2 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Marshall Islands in respect of right, title and interest in and to Bikini Atoll in the Ralik Chain. As a result of the circumstances attributed to the long time span of the legacy and influence of foreign domination, the customary law shall, have limited force and effect with respect to specified rights and activities.

This Act stipulates that no person or body of persons recognized in pursuance of the a specified decision of the High Court shall after the date of commencement of this Act assert or exercise any title, right or power of Iroij Laplap with respect to the subject matter thereof which may be asserted or exercised by only such person as shall be entitled thereto according to the rules of customary law.

This Act concerns the establishment, recognition, functioning and jurisdiction of Customary Courts and related matters. The Act also provides for the appointment of the Director of Tribal Administration and deputies for the purposes of this Act. Every Chief may submit for the consideration of the Minister recommendations for the recognition, establishment, abolition or variation in jurisdiction of customary courts within his area.

Basic Land Consolidation Act 1951 on the treatment of forest and pasture servitude, as well as other special servitudes.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to land consolidations. Article 1 establishes that to improve production and working conditions in agriculture and forestry, as well as to improve general land use planning and land development, owned land may be consolidated.

This Act concerns the title of native people, Aboriginal people and Torres Strait Islanders, to land in Queensland. It consists of 146 sections and is divided into five Parts. Part 2 is dedicated to validation and its effects, Part 3 concerns the confirmation of certain rights, in particular the ownership of certain natural resources and certain water and fishing access rights and public access to and enjoyment of beaches and certain other places.

Aboriginal Land (Northcote Land) Act 1989.

This Act aims to auhtorize the granting by the Crown of land at Northcote to the Aborigines Advancement League Incorporated. Section 6 stipulates that no compensation is payable by the Crown in respect of anything done under or arising out of this Act. The Act is completed by one Schedule specifying land which may be granted to the Aborigines Advancement League Incorporated.

iTaukei Lands (Amendment) Decree 2013 (No. 13 of 2013).

This Decree amends the iTaukei Land Act (formerly the Native Lands Act) by inserting a new section (24), which empowers the Minister to make Regulations prescribing matters that are required or permitted by the principal Act to be prescribed or are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to the principal Act.
