The present Law lays down provisions relating to conditions of farmland in Vorarlberg. With a view to the creation and maintenance of an efficient and sustainable agriculture and forestry, conditions of farmlands shall by improved or newly created by applying modern economic principles, as well as land consolidations. The text consists of 111 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Consolidation of of agricultural land and forestry land, re-allocation of land (I); Legal and agricultural aspects of agrarian community plots of land (II); Competent authorities, provisions on general proceedings, competence of agrarian authorities (III); Final provisions (IV).
