It is hereby laid down the regional legislative framework in matter of territorial use, management and planning. The overall objective pursued is sustainable development in the management of the regional territory. The Act applies both to the Natural and Environmental System (SNA) of the Region and to urban settlements. The objectives of the regional territorial policy shall be defined in the Regional Structural Framework (QSR) as per article 12. Further programmes shall be adopted by the Provinces and the Communes as regards local level.

The 22 sections of this Act are divided into 5 Parts: Preliminary (I); Strata Lots (II); Corporations (III); Registration and Dealings (IV); Management and administration (V).

Article 6 of Law No. 8505 specifies that "outside urbanized territories construction is allowed only when new facility has been included in a regional study and master plans approved by appropriate institution. Regional studies and master plans shall be compiled excluding agricultural land of 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th category, as well as protected natural areas", as defined by a technical report of the District Office of Agriculture and Food.Article 1 of Law No.

La presente Ley, que consta de 3 artículos, restablece por el termino de un año las condiciones y formas de pago establecidas en el párrafo segundo del articulo 19 de la Ley Nº 278, Ley sobre propiedad reformada urbana y agraria, y suspende por el termino de un año las tramitaciones de las acciones judiciales en contra de los beneficiarios de los contratos de arriendo con opción a compra.

La presente Ley establece que toda persona que se encuentre ocupando tierras fiscales rurales sin contar para ello con la autorización del organismo de aplicación de la Ley Nº 113 (Régimen de colonización y tierras fiscales) e informe de dicha circunstancia dentro del plazo de cuatro años, tendrá derecho a ser adjudicataria en venta de una unidad de explotación, en las condiciones de los artículos 28 al 33 de la Ley Nº 113, cuando además reúna los siguientes requisitos: a) acreditar que, por un lapso ininterrumpido e inmediatamente anterior a la vigencia de esta ley, no inferior a dos años,

This Act amends Sections 16 and 17 regarding, respectively, rights and facts to be recorded in the real estate register. Section 26 of the Basic Text on the commencement of registration proceedings is also amended. Section 32 of the Basic text regarding the contents of documents valid for the purpose of real estate registration is replaced. This Act adds a new Section 52/A to the Basic Text on the delivery of resolutions on the registration of data, rights and facts.

The President, for the purpose of promoting effectual land tenure, decrees that the priorities of purchase of the plots of land (or the shares of them), on which are situated previously privatized edifices, have physical and juridical persons that own these edifices. The Decree establishes that the property put on sale regards plots of land (or the shares of them) that had been previously conceded to a tenant or a leaseholder on condition of permanent (limitless) tenure, lifelong ownership with the right of inheritance or of limited tenure, including rent.

This Code regulates the accomodation and housing of the popul ation, urban and rural planning, the development of engineering, transport and s ocial infrastructures, rational use of the natural resources and environmental protection for the benefit of tenants.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto regular el régimen municipal establecido por la Constitución Política del Estado. El ámbito de aplicación comprende: a) organización y atribuciones de la Municipalidad y del Gobierno Municipal; b) normas nacionales sobre patrimonio de la Nación, propiedad y dominio público; c) control social al Gobierno Municipal.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto regular y proteger el suelo rústico de las islas Baleares, mediante la definición de los terrenos que lo constituyen y las calificaciones básicas para su ordenación; el establecimiento de su régimen jurídico con las limitaciones legales que delimitan el contenido del derecho de propiedad; y la regulación de las actividades que pueden admitirse, las condiciones de las edificaciones y de las instalaciones a ellas vinculadas y el procedimiento para su autorización.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto regular el procedimiento para la afectación total o parcial, temporal o permanente de derechos reales sobre bienes inmuebles de propiedad privada en el Estado de Chiapas, mediante indemnización y previa declaratoria del Ejecutivo del Estado. La Ley indica las causas de utilidad pública que pueden justificar el procedimiento de expropiación.
