This Regulation concerns the refusal to own or possess land. There are hereby regulated the procedures appicable to requests for land. The land above-mentioned is considered to be State-owned land to be administered and distributed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. The refusal must be in written form and submitted to the village land distribution committee. Refusal of the land from village families does not affect their entitlement to social aid, whereas the refusal from agriculture enterprises families render the family ineligible for social aid.

This Order specifies the areas to which the Fencing Act applies. These areas are areas specified in the second and third columns of the Third Schedule to this Order in relation to the tribal territories and tribal areas specified in the first column of the Third Schedule, other than any land board or any area designated for communal use in any tribal territory or tribal area specified in the first column of the Third Schedule.

These Regulations prescribe, in the Schedule attached to the Regulations, forms for purposes of the Fencing Act. The forms concern: (a) notice to join in or contribute to the construction of a dividing fence; (b) notice of intention to fence; (c) notice of intention to repair a dividing fence; and (d) notice of intention to repair fence.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Flood-Water Control Act in relation with claims for compensation to be made under the Act. A claim for compensation in relation with waterworks for purposes of a floodwater control scheme shall be in Form A and shall be supported by all the evidence available to establish the legal ownership of the land in respect of which the claim is made.

This Ordinance regulates the mapping of the boundaries of land owned privately or by the State and the application of provisions related therefore.

Supreme Soviet decrees that Land Code is applicable to relations originating after entry into force of Land Code, i.e. beginning from the 15th of March 1991. Land Code is applicable to relations originating before the 15th of March 1991, i.e. before entry into force of Land Code, as regards to rights and duties that would originate after entry into force of Land Code.

The present Regulation enacts the Landlord and Tenant Act. The Regulation lays down detailed provisions relating to costs and fees arising from the landlord-tenant relationship in New Brunswick. The text consists of 4 sections.

The present Regulation enacts the Landlord and Tenant Act. The Regulation prescribes the following forms concerning the landlord-tenant relationship: Inventory and notice (1); Notice of set-off (2); Demand for possession (3); Summons (4); Order for possession (5).

President of the Supreme Soviet and President of the Council of Ministers decree that provisional certificates of ownership, possession and tenancy of land till the issuing of state acts if the decision of the local Council of People’s Deputies of the allotment of land. State Statistical Committee and State Committee on Land Reform must ensure monthly reporting on the allotment of land for the organization of peasant farms and quarterly reporting on the allotment of land for gardening and subsidiary small-holding.

The Government decrees to validate the forms of the official document attesting the right of ownership to the plot of land, life-long hereditary property, open-ended (permanent) land tenure of citizens (Form No.1), enterprises, institutions, organizations and peasant farms (Form No.2).Regional Governments, territorial, provincial executive bodies and executive bodies of the autonomous territories, the state Committee on Land reform and Support of Peasant farms must provide for carrying out land-survey activity related to legalization and issuing the afore-mentioned official documents.

The purpose of the present Program is to determine principal long-term provisions of the state housing policy and the arrangement for carrying out the following arrangements: a) creation of legal basis for the purpose of carrying out housing reform; b) modification of the structure of housing reserves and housing construction in accordance with the forms of property and types of financing; c) complex approach to the solution of the problem of land tenure and privatization of land in relation to the problem of housing facilities and the development of engineering infrastructure.

The Rule provides for the issuance of a reclamation fee which must be paid by the owner of land irrigated by a system of intertwined canals.
