Le présent règlement met en exécution les paragraphes 2, 3 et 4 de l’article 29 (Contenu du plan d’aménagement) de la loi du 19 juillet 2004 concernant l'aménagement communal et le développement. L’article 1er établit que le rapport justificatif expose de quelle manière et dans quelle mesure le plan d'aménagement particulier précise et met en oeuvre les options ou orientations du programme-directeur de l'aménagement du territoire, du plan d'aménagement général de la commune et du plan directeur à établir le cas échéant.

Le présent règlement met en exécution le paragraphe 2 de l’article 9 (Contenut du plan d’aménagment général) de la loi du 19 juillet 2004 concernant l'aménagement communal et le développement. L’article 1er du règlement susmentionné établit que le rapport à présenter par le collège des bourgmestre et échevins comporte une partie graphique et une partie écrite. Il a la forme d'un document écrit illustré et il est complété par un document sur support informatique. Le texte comprend 4 articles.

Le présent règlement met en exécution le paragraphe 1er de l’article 9 (Contenut du plan d’aménagment général) de la loi du 19 juillet 2004 concernant l'aménagement communal et le développement. L’article 1er intitulé «Eléments constitutifs» du règlement susmentionné établit que le rapport de présentation élaboré sur base de l'étude préparatoire du plan d'aménagement général d'une commune comporte les éléments suivants: 1. justification de l'initiative et des orientations fondamentales retenues; 2. démonstration de la prise en considération des objectifs du développement durable; 3.

Minor Amendment of paragraph 2, with the sibstitution in the text of the period 12 months with 3 years.The functions of the Authority include to optimize land resources and to provide secure and effective registration systems for transactions relating to land in Singapore. The Authority shall also manage and maintain the cadastre survey system as a foundation for land title as well as advising the government on matters relating to land survey, tenure, ownership and disposition. The Authority has the power to direct for the purpose of discharging its functions under this Act (sect. 7).

This Resolution is composed of 4 articles. According to the Natural Protection Law of 8 July 1939, this Resolution classifies the zone of Ballo Biatara, located in the Tannoreen-Province of Northern Lebanon, as a natural area subjected to the protection of the Ministry of Environment (art. 1). The Ministry of Environment will define the requirements and conditions for the issuance of licences to work in the aforementioned zone (art. 3).

Le texte comprend 29 articles répartis en 3 titres comme suit: Dispositions générales (Ier); Contenu de la partie graphique (II). Ce dernier titre traite soit les éléments constitutifs et échelles, soit la représentation de la partie graphique.

Le présent règlement porte les dispositions relatives au contenu du plan d'aménagement général d'une commune. L’article 1er du règlement susmentionné établit que tout plan d'aménagement général d'une commune comporte une partie graphique et une partie écrite. Le texte comprend 65 articles répartis en 3 titres comme suit: Dispositons générales (Ier); Zones communales (II).

El presente Reglamento desarrolla y complementa los principios, objetivos, procedimientos e instrumentos previstos en la Ley de ordenamiento territorial. Asimismo, introduce normas para el funcionamiento y la coordinación de las instancias administrativas responsables.

The Ministerial Decree establishes that classification of land as protected area shall be the competence of the Government. Land use planning project with a view of land classification as protected area at the local level shall be submitted for approval to the territorial environmental, agricultural and land institutions. Expropriation of the plots of land destined for the annexation to protected areas shall be carried out in accordance with the land legislation. Land reservation for protected areas shall be carried out in accordance with the decision by the head of local administration.

La presente Resolución establece el procedimiento para tramitar los ofrecimientos de primera opción de compra de terrenos a la Autoridad Nacional del Ambiente, cuando se localicen en el Sistema Nacional de Áreas Protegidas (SINAP).

Section 18 of the Agriculture Act 1986 gives the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food power to designate areas in England as environmentally sensitive areas where it appears to him particularly desirable to conserve, protect or enhance environmental features in those areas by the maintenance or adoption of particular agricultural methods. This Order designates areas in the Broads, Pennine Dales, Somerset Levels and Moors, South Downs and West Penwith as environmentally sensitive areas (art. 3).

There is hereby established a Ngorongoro Pastoral Council. The Council shall carry out the functions as provided for by its act of constitution as set out in the Schedule. The Council shall, for purposes of development in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, have the power to develop and plan for implementation of any project and to submit such proposal to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority.
