Le présent règlement vise à réduire la pollution des eaux provoquée ou induite par les nitrates à partir de sources agricoles; prévenir toute nouvelle pollution de ce type. Le texte comprend 12 articles dont les plus importants sont: Compétences (4); Guide des bonnes pratiques agricoles (5); Interdictions et restrictions (6). Deux annexes sont jointes: Quantités maximales de fumure azotée en application de l'article 6 A (I); Quantités maximales de fumure azotée en application de l'article 6 B.

This Resolution of the Council of Ministers establishes land use planning for the Municipality of Porto. It approves the Regulation on the control, occupation and transformation of land within the whole territory of the aforesaid Municipality. It consists of 4 chapters regulating land use according to environmental requirements specified in the text (including urban land). A map is attached to the text.

This Resolution of the Council of Ministers establishes the Urbanisation Planning of 'Tróia' area. It concerns the Regulation (divided into 5 chapters and 2 annexes) of land use planning within the aforementioned area, in order to protect natural resources; to valorise natural and cultural heritage; to exploit touristic sector in view of a rational development, etc. Any project (in particular for touristic purpose) shall be submitted to an environmental impact assessment programme.

This Regional Decree establishes the territorial management regime. It consists of 20 articles specifying that the enforcement of the regional policy on agricultural and urban land planning is under the competence of the Regional Government with a view to local development. Land expropriation requirements are established in the text.

Section 18 of the Agriculture Act 1986 gives the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food power to designate areas in England as environmentally sensitive areas where it appears to him particularly desirable to conserve, protect or enhance environmental features in those areas by the maintenance or adoption of particular agricultural methods. This Order designates areas in Breckland, Clun, North Peak, Suffolk River Valleys and Test Valley as environmentally sensitive areas (art. 3).

The standards for effluent or waste water before it is discharged into water or on land shall be as prescribed in the Schedule to these Regulations. Every industry or establishment shall install anti-pollution equipment for the treatment of effluent. This equipment shall be based on the best practicable means, environmentally sound practice and other guidelines as the Executive Director of the National environment authority may determine. Lead agencies applying standards established under these Regulations (Schedule) shall keep records in accordance with regulation 5.

By enacting this Decree the Regional Environmental Counsel has established the plan on hydrogeological rearrangement in the Sicilian Region. The Plan, which is attached to the Decree, defines the areas under hydrogeological risk. Only the interventions mentioned in article 2 shall be allowed, according to the various risk levels. The Plan is composed of a general report, a report concerning the territory and hydrographic basins, and cartographies.

The present Regulations implement, for Scotland, changes made to Council Directive 85/337/EC, implemented by the 1998 Regulations, made by Council Directive 97/11/EC. They also implement the extension of both Directives to the Contracting Parties of the European Economic Area (EEA) under Article 74 and Annex XX paragraph I.1 of the Agreement on the European Economic Area, as given effect by Decision No.20/1999 of the EEA Joint Committee adopted on 26th February 1999.

This Decree provides for the assignment of forestry land by the State to organizations, households and individuals for "stable and long-term" use in the form of land assignment without land use levy or lease of forestry land (art. 1). Forestry land is allocated or leased to specified subjects whose main source of income is agriculture, aquaculture of the winning of salt or various specified organizations. No levies shall be charged. Forestry land includes: national parks, nature conservation forests, and various kinds of protection forests (art. 3).

This Circular of the Ministry of Planning and Investment contains detailed guidelines for the implementation of projects funded by the State. Projects include general planning projects for socio-economic development, planning projects for sector development, and construction projects including works for water supply, drainage, waste treatment, etc. The guidelines concern management of projects, formulation of plans for projects, management of allocation of capital, and inspection and report. This Decree establishes the modalities of calculation of damages caused to forestry and compensation thereof. It is related to transformation of forestland in case of allotment thereof for purposes not related to forest management and/or deterioration of soil or productivity of forestland. Revenues from compensation shall be accredited to the Agricultural Development Fund and shall be used for financing of forest management.

El presente Decreto tiene por objeto la reglamentación de las disposiciones contenidas en la Ley provincial de protección del medio ambiente. Se establece que los principios, derechos y deberes estatuidos en la mencionada Ley, y las normas que en su consecuencia se dicten, son complementarios a los fines preceptuados en el artículo 41 de la Constitución Nacional, sin que su aplicación en el ámbito provincial pueda alterar la jurisdicción atribuida por la Constitución y las leyes al Estado Nacional.
