These Regulations correct two errors in the principal Regulations. They remove an erroneous reference in regulation 3 of the principal Regulations and they correct the provision relating to fines in regulation 21(2) of those Regulations in accordance with the terminology used for offences which are summary only.

El presente documento tiene por objeto la Política para la equidad de género en el Agro Hondureño, de alcance nacional y relativa al período 1999-2015. Su objetivo general consiste en institucionalizar y operacionalizar un proceso que permita el fortalecimiento y la ampliación de oportunidades económicas, sociales, políticas y culturales en igualdad de condiciones a las mujeres rurales, a fin de reducir al año 2015 la brecha de género existente en el agro hondureño.

The objective of these Regulations, consisting of four sections and one Form, is to prescribe the method for calculating the reasonable costs of negotiating land use activities. For the purposes of section 52(2) of the Act, the prescribed method for calculating the reasonable costs of negotiating under section 50 of the Act is the method that: (a) uses Form 1; and (b) includes any one or more of the following costs incurred by the traditional owner group entity in preparing for and conducting the negotiation: (i) decision-making costs; (ii) the cost of professional services.

This Decree states that the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources shall be charged with making a survey of the areas under risk of landslides in Baku and Absheron peninsula and producing maps to determine the geographic coordinates of these areas. The local authorities shall ensure the coordination with the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources to approve the construction projects in these areas in accordance with the Article 75.4 of the Code of Urban Planning and Construction.

The Commission is established under section 3 as a body corporate. It shall be the principal advisory and executive organ of the Government on all matters related to land use and conservation of the environment and shall formulate policies, act as co-coordinator of activities in the fields concerned and serve as a channel between bodies acting in the fields concerned and the government (sect. 4). Furthermore, the Commission shall develop standards formulate legislation and carry out all other functions listed in section 4.
