El presente Decreto adopta medidas para garantizar la existencia de suelo urbanizable para los proyectos de construcción de vivienda y reubicación de asentamientos humanos para atender la situación de desastre nacional y de emergencia económica, social y ecológica nacional.

These Regulations provide, for purposes of implementation of the give effect to Irelands Second Nitrates Action Programme, rules relative to good agricultural practice to protect waters against pollution from agricultural sources and prescribe measures for these purposes, including: periods when land application of fertilizers is prohibited; limits on the land application of fertilizers; storage requirements for livestock manure; and monitoring of the effectiveness of the measures in terms of agricultural practice and impact on water quality.

These Regulations further implement in Scotland the requirements of Council Directive 91/676/EEC concerning the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources by designating the revised vulnerable zones in accordance with Article 3(4) of the Directive. The Regulations also make consequential amendments to other Regulations.

Pour remédier aux graves menaces de la désertification et de la dégradation de ses ressources naturelles, Madagascar s’est doté d’un Plan d’Action National (PAN) de lutte contre la désertification aligné au plan cadre stratégique décennal 2008-2028. L’objectif global du PAN aligné est d’améliorer le capital productif (sol, eau et ressources biologiques naturelles) comme moyen de lutte contre la désertification et la dégradation des terres.

La presente Ley del Suelo de la Comunidad de Madrid, tiene por objeto la ordenación urbanística del suelo en la Comunidad de Madrid. La ordenación urbanística regula la utilización del suelo; los procesos de transformación de éste mediante la urbanización, la edificación y la construcción en general o cualquiera de las otras formas previstas en la presente Ley; y el uso, la explotación, la conservación y la rehabilitación de las obras, los edificios, las construcciones y las instalaciones.

La presente Ley modifica la Ley del Suelo de la Comunidad de Madrid, respecto a la limitación de la altura máxima de las edificaciones.

The Integrated Food Security Strategy for South Africa is a sectoral national strategy of South Africa in force for the period of 2002-2015. Its main goal is to eradicate hunger, malnutrition and food insecurity over 2015.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Binh Dinh province.The main objectives of the plan include: development of agriculture, forestry and fishery toward commodity and export production; increase in productivity and quality of agricultural products; sustainable protection and development of the environment and of natural resources; control of environmental pollution; development of water supply, drainage and irrigation systems; and land use and urban planning.

Item 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: "Cadastre valuation shall be applicable for the purpose of assessment of cost of forest land either pertaining or not pertaining to public forest in case of management thereof for purposes not related to forest manegement, and also for expropriation (purchase) for state and public needs".

Amends: Ministerial Decree No. 458 validating the Regulation of assessment of cost of forest land for the purpose of compensation of damages in case of use of plots of forest land for purpose not related to forestry. (2013-08-13)

This Act establishes the National Trust of Trinidad and Tobago as a body corporate and provides that it shall be governed by rules set out in the Schedule. The Trust is establish for purposes of carrying out functions pursuant to the present Act, including listing of property of interest, preserving lands, plants and animal life, encourage research of wild fauna and flora, etc. Powers of the trust are outlined in section 6. Sections 8 and 9 provide for listing of places of particular interest. The Trust shall be administered by a Council. Section 27 prohibits damaging of listed property.

The Danish AgriFish Agency may grant subsidies to owners and tenants of farms in order to convert agricultural land to organic farming. The Order’s provisions are designed to meet a market demand for organic production through conversion to organic agricultural production by up to 18 000 ha/year (including 2013).
