Item 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: "Cadastre valuation shall be applicable for the purpose of assessment of cost of forest land either pertaining or not pertaining to public forest in case of management thereof for purposes not related to forest manegement, and also for expropriation (purchase) for state and public needs".

This Act establishes the National Trust of Trinidad and Tobago as a body corporate and provides that it shall be governed by rules set out in the Schedule. The Trust is establish for purposes of carrying out functions pursuant to the present Act, including listing of property of interest, preserving lands, plants and animal life, encourage research of wild fauna and flora, etc. Powers of the trust are outlined in section 6. Sections 8 and 9 provide for listing of places of particular interest. The Trust shall be administered by a Council. Section 27 prohibits damaging of listed property.

The Danish AgriFish Agency may grant subsidies to owners and tenants of farms in order to convert agricultural land to organic farming. For the purpose of administration of the Act, it establishes the Aboriginal Heritage Committee, the South Australian Aboriginal Heritage Fund and regulates functions and powers of inspectors (Part 2). For what concerns the protection and preservation of aboriginal heritage, it regulates the search of Aboriginal sites and objects, their protection and management (Part 3). This Act provides for the preservation of ancient and historical monuments and archaeological sites and remains of national importance and for the regulation of archaeological activities in Arunachal Pradesh.The Government will have the power to declare ancient monuments or archaeological sites, etc. to be protected monuments or protected areas. The Government may purchase, take lease or assume the guardianship of any protected monument, for its protection or preservation.

The Land and Marine Management Strategy for Grenada is a national strategy adopted by the Government of Grenada in 2011 to guide the management of the land and marine sector. The overall goal of the Strategy is to achieve integrated national development that is environmentally sustainable. The instrument seeks to develop a coherent framework with an appropriate set of strategies that will foster productive and optimal utilization of land, freshwater, coastal and marine resources in an environmental sustainable manner.

These Regulations further implement in Scotland the requirements of Council Directive 91/676/EEC concerning the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources. The objective of the Directive is to ensure that measures are taken to reduce and prevent nitrate pollution from agricultural sources. It provides a framework for action to reduce nitrate levels in the catchments of rivers and groundwater sources affected by such pollution, and to reduce eutrophication of freshwater bodies, estuaries, and coastal waters.

By this Decree, the rules were approved regarding permit for process engineering and agricultural activities in lands affected by landslide, flood, erosion, wind erosion, land subsidence, abrasion and volcanic mud as well as in wetlands. This Decree states that the State Committee of Geology and Mineral Resources shall be the authorized body for assessment of exposure and monitoring of exogenous geological processes and shall take measures against them.
