The Minister, after consultation with the Minister for Finance, shall cause a private company conforming to the conditions laid down in this Act to be formed and registered under the Companies Acts (sect. 9).
Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Supreme regional state body in the sphere of protected areas shall make decisions related to setting up on land plots and delimited areas of waterbodies of special protection regime of regional significance with regulated economic activities”.

The Premier decrees to complement paragraph 3 of the Regulation on compensation of damages caused to land owners, landlords, land tenants and lessees of agricultural damages with the following passage: “Land survey projects must be submitted to state ecological expertise”.
"Forest for domestic use" is a forest owned in common property and which serves to satisfy the needs of supply of wood for domestic purposes of the owners. "Use for domestic purposes" seems to include use of timber for carpentry and construction of houses. Such forest shall be managed by a board of members in accordance with rules laid down by the present Act. The board of a forest for domestic use shall be controlled by the Department of Agriculture and Forestry. For each forest for which no exemption is in force a management plan shall be adopted by the Department.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Chu Lai open economic zone, Quang Nam province.The main objectives of the plan include: development of agriculture, forestry and fishery; sustainable protection and development of the environment and of natural resources; control of environmental pollution; development of water supply, drainage, wastewater and solid waste treatment systems and irrigation systems; and land use and urban planning.
This Decree validates the forms of reports of sample selection and measurements of environmental indices related to emissions to the atmospheric air from stationary and mobile sources, effluent waste water discharge to surface waterbodies, sources of pollution of groundwater, effluent waste water discharge to sewerage system, soil pollution and waste disposal sites.
This Agriculture and Rural Development Sector Strategy is a sectoral national strategy of Afghanistan. It applies to the period of 2008-2013. These Regulations implement the land-use planning obligations in Directive 2012/18/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances. They specify the substances which are hazardous substances for the purposes of the Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 and the controlled quantities of those substances. They also lay down the procedure for applications for consent and the determination of applications.
This Regional Law classifies regional protected areas as follows: (a) natural parks; (b) state nature reserves; (c) nature monuments; (d) dendrological parks and botanical gardens; (e) protected landscapes; (f) protected nurseries; and (g) historical and natural complexes and areas. Cultural memorial parks and ecological parks can also be set up on the regional territory. The presence and location of protected areas shall be taken into consideration in the process of elaboration of land-use planning schemes.
This Regulation was adopted on the basis of the UNECE Protocol on Pollutant Release and Transfer Registers, signed by the European Community on 21 May 2003. With a view to facilitating public participation in environmental decision-making, it establishes an integrated pollutant release and transfer register at Community level in the form of a publicly accessible electronic database.
