To achieve the announced 2060 carbon neutrality goal, the government of China has recently established its “1 + N” legal and policy framework. However, the emerging autonomous vehicle technology, which is developing rapidly, is not included. Considering the significant potential of autonomous vehicle technology in reducing carbon emissions from the transportation sector, whether and how to integrate it into the current framework can be crucial for China.

A stable farmland tenure can optimize farmers’ allocation of production factors and then determine the income level and structure of farmers. In recent years, the reform of China’s farmland tenure system had been making efforts to strengthen the stability of farmland tenures. Will the farmland tenure security restrict agricultural development? Based on the data of the 2018 China Labor Dynamics Survey (CLDS), this paper empirically analyzes the impact of farmland tenure stability on rural household income and its mechanism.

Este tem como objetivo analisar os efeitos de uso consuetudinário e inaplicabilidade da Lei 5/98, e se tais fatores contribuem para a redução de acessoàs terras cultiváveispelas mulheres inseridas na agricultura de subsistência na Guiné-Bissau. O problema fundiário é uma preocupação global, tendo início na transição do sistema econômico feudal, quando um grupo minoritário detentor do poder controlava os meios de produção.

Dans la zone sous protectorat espagnol, la colonisation des terres agricoles a pris des formes différentes1.
