Resolution on issues of the State Agency for Hydrometereology under the Government of the Kyrghyz Republic (No. 354 of 1996).

This Resolution approves the attached Regulations on the State Agency for Hydrometereology (Goszemagentstvo) under the Government of the Kyrghyz Republic and Organization System and makes provision for the organizational structure of the Agency. Goszemagentstvo shall be a legal entity. The Regulations define the main objective s of the Agency: The main objectives of Goszemagentstvo: implementation of a single state land policy; participation in implementation of land and agrarian reform jointly with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food; arrangement of land management operations; introduction of land cadastre and land monitoring, conduction of research works in land resources use, land management and introduction of scientific achievements and advance experience into production; arrangement of auctioning of the right to use land plots in the established order; state registration of the rights to use land; establishment of a single database on land resources; state control over the use of land in the established order; development and improvement of land legislation in the established order.
