Weaver Press is a dynamic independent publishing house formed in 1998 to publish books from and about Zimbabwe.

Weaver’s growing fiction list now features over 120 Zimbabwean short story writers, and our novelists include several international prize-winners who were first published by Weaver Press. Our non-fiction list focuses on political and social history, the environment, media issues, and women and children’s rights; it features many esteemed scholars from inside and outside Zimbabwe whose work looks at Zimbabwe’s developments from a wide range of viewpoints.

The Alliance For Food Sovereignty in Africa (AFSA) is a Pan African platform representing small holder farmers, pastoralists, hunter/gatherers, indigenous peoples, citizens and environmentalists from Africa who possess a strong voice that shapes policy on the continent in the area of community rights, family farming, promotion of traditional knowledge and knowledge systems, the environment and natural resource management.

Africa Research Institute is an independent not-for-profit think-tank that was founded in February 2007. It is the only think-tank in the UK to focus exclusively on political, economic and social issues in sub-Saharan Africa. ARI strives to inform domestic and international policy making through publishing research and hosting interactive events. ARI’s mission is to draw attention to ideas or policies that have worked in Africa by highlighting and analysing best-practices in government, the economy and civil society.

Groupe de Recherche et d'Action sur le Foncier (GRAF) is a Burkinabé organisation that unites leading researchers and consultants working on the issue of land rights issues.
