General

This output will: (i) create policies that support the sustainability of the ALT institutionally within MoIPA including researching best practices from other countries with similar agency structures; (ii) research and confirm funding sources required for an annual budget of land titling in Guyana; (iii) provide and implement an organisation plan, indicating staff capacity needs (TORs) and filling those roles and/or utilising staff from the PMU to grow into these roles and; (iv) ensure implementation becomes a smooth transition within 5 years of the ALT project, allowing international funders a
