The provisions of the Land Titles (Strata) Act shall not apply to the Tanjong Pagar Complex as per the actual Notification.

This Law consists of 3 Sections divided into 101 articles providing for land registration and cadastre keeping. Section I deals with general provisions in particular: land registration; land real rights and registration; records and temporary records; and typewriting or invalidation.

This Resolution is composed of 11 articles. The High Committee for Agricultural Dispute-Settlement established by Cabinet Resolution No. 49 of 1990 shall carry out the implementation of this Resolution (art. 1).

This Act consists of 7 Parts: Preliminary (I); Acquisition (II); Reference to an Appeals Board and procedure thereon (III); Apportionment of Compensation (IV); Payment (V); Temporary Occupation of Land (VI); Miscellaneous (VII).The Act provides a legal framework for the acquisition of private land by the government for the benefit of the public. Procedures and requirements for the acquisiton of land are set out in detail in the text. The Act further provides for the constitution of one or more Appeal Boards for the purpose of hearing appeals in respect of any award made by the Collector.

These Rules amend Section 23 by the insertion of item 74.

The purpose of this Act is to provide for the conservation, control and prudent use of resources through the establishment of conservation districts, and to protect the correlative rights of owners (sect. 2). The Act continues the Conservation Districts Commission and regulates its operation and functioning. The Act defines the procedure for the establishment of conservation districts and provides for the management of each district by a dedicated board and regulates the operation of such boards.

Under this Act, a conservation agreement is written agreement between a landowner and a holder that creates a conservation interest in land, a conservation interest is an interest that imposes one or more restrictions on the use of land for the protection and enhancement of natural ecosystems, wildlife and fisheries habitat and plant or animal species. The Act prescribes the terms of conservation agreements and provides for registration of agreements as well as for the solution of disputes that may arise on the implementation of agreements.

El presente Decreto tiene por objeto la reglamentación de la Ley Nº 5.804 sobre expropriación de terrenos para la conservación del sistema ecológico. En particular, establece las pautas de manejo a aplicar a las acciones y emprendimientos a desarrollar en el área delimitada por dicha Ley. This Order relates to the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act (Chapter 256) and repeals the Protected Areas (No. 13) Order 2002 and the Protected Areas (No. 10) Order 2003; furthermore it provides for the application of the status of protected areas to those listed in the Schedule.

This Decree, composed of two articles, establishes the administrative borders of native people’s Kulina group, located in Kumaru land, Ualá Lake, in the Municipality of Juruá, Amazones State.
