This Decree expands the implementation of the Statute to the transfer of State and Municipal land for cemeteries.

Article 10 shall be amended to add the following wording: “the offender shall be obliged to restore land plot to the former state with compensation of the damages caused to landowner”.

This Act defines: the liability of an occupier of a leased area or premises including a leased or licensed area under the Marine Farming Act 1971 in respect of visitors or licensees of the leased premises; and the relationship with respect to liability between a tenant and landlord. The Act also defines some duties of a landlord with respect to maintenance of the leased premises.

The purpose of Land Legislation of the RSFSR is to regulate land relations with the object of providing for the rational use and protection of land, setting up conditions for equal development of various forms of economic activity on land, re-production of soil fertility, conservation and improvement of environment and safeguarding of the rights of landownership of citizens, enterprises, institutions and organizations. This Decree establishes the compensation of the ex-owners of lands. It consists of 8 articles specifying that the compensation to be given to the ex-owners (including agricultural lands, touristic lands and urban lands) depends on the land extension. These Regulations amend: (a) the Radioactive Contaminated Land (Modification of Enactments) (England) Regulations 2006 so as to apply the modifications those Regulations make to Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 to all radioactivity; and (b) the Contaminated Land (England) Regulations 2006 to provide for a new ground of appeal against a remediation notice. Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 sets out a regime for the identification and remediation of contaminated land.

These Rules concern procedures of the Tribunal established under the Land Acquisition Act, as amended. Any person who is aggrieved by an award of the Commissioner as specified in section 29 (7) and (8) of the Act may apply to the Tribunal in accordance with these Rules.
