Reclassifying 9,059 hectares as state private land in Oaral Wildlife Sanctuary in Oaral district of Kampong Speu province for agro-industry investment under lease or concession condition.

Reclassifying 9,119 hectares as state private land in Tor Sou and Sangke 2 communes of Chey Sen district and Chep district of Preah Vihear province for rubber, accasia and sugar plantation investment.

Determining 7,079 hectares as sustainable use zones in Virakchey National Park in Ratanakiri province, and granting the land for agro-industry, eco-tourism, special economic zone, and leisure center investment to Fu Sheng Hai (Cambodia) Co., Ltd.

Reclassifying 6,488 hectares as state private land in Tor Sou, Sa-ang, and Putrea communes of Chey Sen district of Preah Vihear province for rubber, accasia and sugar plantation investment.

Reclassifying 7,079 hectares of land in eco-tourism area in Virakchey National Park in Ta Veng and Andong Meas districts of Ratanakiri province for agro-industry, eco-tourism, special economic zone, and leisure center investment under lease or concession condition.

Amending Article 1 of Sub-Decree No. 20 ANK.BK dated 28 January 2011, to reclassification of 4,000 hectares of land in Sokhdom commune of Sen Monorom district and Pou Chrey commune of Pech Cheada district of Mondulkiri province for rubber and other crops plantation investment.

Reclassifying 8,000 hectares as state private land in Kaun Mom and Veun Sai districts of Ratanakiri province for rubber plantation investment.

Reclassifying 8,200 hectares as state private land in Sro Yaong and Phnom Tbeng 2 communes of Kulen district and Phnom Tbeng 1 of Sangkum Thmey district of Preah Vihear province for rubber and other crops plantation investment.

Reclassifying 8,841 hectares as state private land in Mlu Prey 1, Mlu Prey 2, and Sangke 2 communes of Chheb district in Preah Vihear province for rubber, accacia and sugar cane plantations investment.

Determining 6,870 hectares as sustainable use zones in Kulen-Prumtep Wildlife Sanctuary in Preah Vihear and Siem Reap provinces, and granting the land for agro-industry and rubber plantation investment to Serey Mony Transportation & Construction Co., Ltd.

Classifying 5,200 hectares of forest land in Permanent Forest Reserve in Samlot district of Battambang province as conversion forest for development purposes and reclassifying the land from state public land to state private land, and granting economic land concession to Rath Sambath company.
