Agricultural and Livestock Policy nine general objectives are: Assure basic food security for the nation, and to improve national standards of nutrition by increasing output, quality and availability of food commodities. Increase food crops production through productivity and livestock growth will be encouraged to private sector. Improve standards in the rural areas through increased income generation from agricultural and livestock production, processing and marketing: encouraging exports of cash crops, livestock products and agricultural surpluses.

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Agriculture) Regulations 2011 in various provisions relating to, among other things, application for a screening decision, documents that shall accompany the application, the follow-up on a decisions by the Minister and information for the environmental impact statement. The Regulations also give a new definition of "EIA Directive", “environmental impact assessment” and “EIS”.

This Code of Forest Harvesting Practices seeks to provide a set of guidelines to forest operators for carrying out sustainable and improved harvesting operations. It applies to all harvesting operations within Liberia’s natural forests. It includes among other things, social environmental and social performance requirements for timber logging and post-harvesting activities.

This Regulation consisting of 59 articles aims at regulating the use of agricultural land in the Sultanate.

The protection and management of environment are among the pillars of Vision 2020. The objective of the Government is that by 2020, it will have built a nation in which pressure on natural resources, particularly on land, water, biomass and biodiversity, has significantly been reduced and the process of environmental pollution and degradation has been reversed; a nation in which the management and protection of these resources and environment are more rational and well regulated in order to preserve and bequeath to future generations the basic wealth necessary for sustainable development.

Le Schéma Directeur d'Aménagement et d'Urbanisme de Djibouti s'applique dans le périmètre délimité tel que figuré dans les plans joints dans le document et s'étend dans ses limites Sud, sur certaines zones de la Région d'Arta. This Regulation sets forth procedures and principles of (i) improvement and classification of agricultural lands, (ii) determination of land and soil resources specified in the Law No. 5403 on Soil Preservation and Land Utilization, (iii) land-use planning in compliance with the sustainable development principle, (iv) determination of erosion-sensitive areas, (v) implementation of soil conservation and land management plans and projects, and (vi) establishment and duties of the Soil Preservation Board.

This Act is enacted to promote conservation and utilization of lands and natural resources, and reasonable distribution of population and industrial activities, so as to accelerate economic development, improve living environment, and enhance public welfare.A regional plan referred to in this Act means a regional development plan formulated according to the mutually depended and common-interest relations between geography, population, resources, and economic activities.The competent authority of each level shall establish a committee of regional plan to examine regional plans.

El presente Reglamento de Renovación Urbana, tiene por objetivo complementar las herramientas establecidas en el artículo 21 de la Ley de Planificación Urbana, y fijar las normas que deberán adoptarse para rehabilitar, remodelar o regenerar las áreas urbanas disfuncionales, o conservar áreas urbanas, cuya intervención sea considerada estratégica por parte de los gobiernos municipales o el Estado.

La presente Ley de Ordenación Agraria y Desarrollo Rural, tiene por finalidad mejorar las explotaciones agrarias de la región, reordenando su base territorial e incrementando con ello su rentabilidad en orden al cumplimiento de la función social de la propiedad de la tierra, tendiendo al óptimo uso de ésta y procediendo, cuando sea necesario, a su expropiación y posterior distribución.

The Law determines principles for spatial development planning in Latvia. Its purpose is to ensure such spatial development planning that would raise the quality of the living environment, ensure sustainable, effective and rational use of territories and other resources, as well as targeted and balanced development of economy.

This Regulation, consisting of 16 sections divided into four Parts and completed by four Schedules, implements the Coastal Protection and Management Act 1995. It approves coastal zone map—Act, s 18C. For section 18C of the Act, the Coastal zone map for Queensland, certified by the chief executive on 3 October 2011, is approved as the coastal zone map. The exact location of the boundary of the coastal zone shown on the map is held in digital electronic form by the department.
