This Act regulates the management of agricultural land in order to ensure an ecologically friendly impact of agricultural activities safeguarding a sound basis for agricultural production. The Act prescribes rules relative to cultivation and other use of agricultural land in accordance with its destination of use. The Minister may restrict the use of plants not wanted for various reasons set out in article 10 and may lay down rules for products and goods that contain unwanted plant species.

This Act ensures sound and diversified use of agricultural property for agricultural production, sustainable development of agricultural industries and improving the competitiveness of these industries; accommodates development in rural areas requiring these properties to be registered as a farm in Survey and Cadastre Authority's land register.The Act consists of 20 Chapters: Purpose (1); Definitions (2); Planning (3); Listed as farm (4); Termination or cancellation of farm duty (5); Residency requirement, residential buildings, vacant agricultural properties, operations, etc.

The present Ordinance implements the Direct Support Scheme Implementation Ordinance of 4 November 2004 (BGBl. I p. 2778). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to protection of erosion as far as agricultural land is concerned. El presente Acuerdo actualiza los criterios que establecen la extensión máxima de la Unidad Agrícola Familiar, que derivará de la evaluación técnica y financiera del proyecto productivo formulado por los campesinos para acceder al subsidio de adquisición de tierras rurales.

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of calculation of the price of land plots pertaining to regional state ownership and plots of land with undelimited state ownership in case of conclusion of purchase and sale contracts for such plots of land without tenders and open-ended payment.

El presente Acuerdo deroga el que modifica el que señala para cada región o zona las extensiones máximas y mínimas adjudicables de los baldíos productivos en unidades agrícolas familiares, respecto a la prohibición para adquirir la propiedad sobre terrenos inicialmente adjudicados como baldíos en extensiones superiores a los límites máximos señalados en caso de proyectos agroindustriales especiales.

El presente Acuerdo modifica el que señala para cada región o zona las extensiones máximas y mínimas adjudicables de los baldíos productivos en unidades agrícolas familiares, respecto a la prohibición para adquirir la propiedad sobre terrenos inicialmente adjudicados como baldíos en extensiones superiores a los límites máximos señalados en caso de proyectos agroindustriales especiales.

This Regional Law establishes that price of a plot of land located in urban areas and destined for agricultural production, without constructions nor edifices thereon, already allotted to peasant farm on condition of permanent (open-ended) possession or as lifelong hereditary possession in case of purchase thereof by the aforesaid categories of tenants shall be 15 percent of estimated cadastre value at the date of submittal of application.

The Royal government of Bhutan launched the Tenth Five Year Plan that outlines strategies from 2008-2013 to reduce poverty and to increase education initiatives.

In this fifth mandate, the Royal Government of Cambodia promulgated the “Rectangular Strategy Phase-III” and “National Strategic Development Plan 2014-2018” and still considers the agricultural sector as the priority sector by clearly identifying that the enhancement of agricultural productivity, diversification and commercialization, the land reforming, the sustainable management of natural resources, notably forestry and fisheries resources, are the fundamental areas to accelerate the economic growth and poverty reduction of the Cambodian population.

These Measures are formulated to implement the Grassland Law of the People’s Republic of China in Qinghai Province.

The Tea Controller appointed under this Act shall maintain under section 2 registers of estates and a register of smallholdings for purposes of this Act. Section 6 provides for the registration of tea manufacturers. No person shall manufacture made tea except in a registered factory (sect. 9). Section 11A requires tea planters and manufacturers of made tea to observe "required standards" established by the Controller. Section 11 C lists all matters to be taken into consideration by the Controller in determining require standards.
