These Regulations implement provisions of the Land Survey Act in relation with survey operations (presentation of survey to the Chief Surveyor, marks, units of measurement, measurement instruments, calculations, etc.), survey plans and disputes regarding surveys. If a dispute arises between a licensed surveyor and the Chief Surveyor over the application of the regulations, either party may refer the matter to the Board. The Board shall hear and determine such dispute, and its decision shall be final.

This Act provides the restrictions on the acquisition of immovables arising from public interest. For the purposes of this Act, public interest is, in particular, development of the management for specific purposes of immovables used as profit yielding land which contain usable agricultural area or parcels of forest land.
The purpose of this Act is to enforce upon anyone keeping livestock, full damage liability in case their domestic animals are itinerant elsewhere outside the assigned (privately owned) land.
The present Law introduces some amendments to the Law on compulsory transfer of property (Expropriation Law) of 27 April 1902. In particular, the Law amends, inter alia, article 22 establishing that an appeal against decisions of the Assessment Commission can be filed within 30 days from the delivery of the complaint to the administrative court.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to the protection of alpine pastures and the promotion of alpine dairies. The text – consisting of 22 articles deals with the following aspects: authorization, registration of a conflict in the cadastre for non-authorized transactions, right of pre-emption, penalties, competent authorities, transactions of and measures taken by the Free State of Bavaria and entry into force.
This Order, made under article 12 of the Compulsory Purchase of Land (Procedure) (Jersey) Law 1961, sets out the procedure to be observed in proceedings of the Board of Arbitrators created under the Law to determine questions regarding compensation for land compulsorily acquired.

The present Regulation enacts the Assessment and Planning Appeal Board Act. Section 3 establishes that for the purposes of the Act, the province is divided into eleven regions. The Regulations consists of 6 sections.

The present Ordinance implements the Agriculture Law of the Canton Aargau of 1 December 2011. Article 1 establishes that compensation for special ecological services shall be based on agreements with whole entities or on individual measures. The text consists of 12 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Management agreement (2); Measures for the protection of drinking water resources, water or soil (3); Execution (4); Legal aid (5); Final provisions (6).
These Rules concern procedures of the Tribunals established under the Land Disputes Tribunals Act, 1990 and an appeal to a Land Disputes Appeals Committee constituted under section 9 of the Act. Proceedings for the resolution of disputes may be initiated upon application or upon referral by a court.

These Regulations provide that a register shall be maintained by an officer appointed for the purpose in respect of: (a) applications for the assessment of standard rent under the Rent Restriction Act; and (b) all other proceedings under the Act. They also provide with respect to applications to Rent Tribunals and the procedure to be followed by Rent Tribunals.
