Le présent décret fixe l’organisation et les modalités de fonctionnement de l’Agence d’aménagement des Terres et de fourniture de l’eau d’Irrigation (ATI). L’ATI comprend des organes d’administration et de gestion (un conseil d’administration, une direction générale, et un comité de gestion).

This Regulation establishes an Agricultural Drought Management Board aiming at monitoring, performing risk assessments and reducing the effects of agricultural drought. This Decree covers water management, agricultural techniques, seed and plant diversity, irrigation techniques, economic and social support, planning of pasture feeding and land use, pest management and any measures to implement urgent action and restrictions in arid and irrigated agricultural land. The Regulation covers rules and procedures on the functioning and duties of the Agricultural Drought Management Board.

This Plan is designed to propel Uganda towards middle income status by 2020, in line with the aspiration of Uganda’s Vision 2040. This Plan aims at strengthening Uganda’s competitiveness for sustainable wealth creation, employment and inclusive growth.This Plan prioritizes investment in five areas with the greatest multiplier effect on the economy, which are: (i) agriculture, (ii) tourism, (iii) minerals, oil and gas, (iv) infrastructure development, (v) human capital development.The Plan sets key four objectives to be attained during the five year period.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Tuyen Quang province.The plan aims at developing Tuyen Quang into a province with a fast and sustainable economic growth and a protected eco-environment.The plan shall include: the development of agriculture, forestry and fishery; development of plant varieties; animal husbandry development; development of aquaculture; urban development; management of natural resources and environmental protection; and development of water supply infrastructures and wastewater drainage systems.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Dong Nai province.The plan aims at developing Dong Nai into a province with a fast and sustainable economic growth and at improving the people’s material and spiritual life and rationally utilizing natural resources and the environment.The plan shall include: the development of agriculture, forestry and fishery; development of plant varieties; urban development; management of natural resources and environmental protection; and development of water supply infrastructures and wastewater drainage systems.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Phu Tho province.The plan shall include: the development of agriculture, forestry and fishery; pollution control; urban development; and development of water supply infrastructures and wastewater drainage systems.

This Regulations aims at doing a good job in the land requisition compensation and resettlement of migrants for large and medium water conservation and hydropower construction projects, maintaining the legitimate rights and interests of migrants and ensuring the smooth construction of the projects.

This Regional Law as particularly precious agricultural areas the following categories: (a) experimental fields of agricultural scientific research and educational institutions; (b) experimental fields of agricultural organizations used for testing; (c) agricultural land of state plant variety testing institutions; (d) land irrigated by stationary irrigation systems; and (e) agricultural land of horticultural agricultural enterprises.

This Decree validates the Regulation on experimental allotment on unused land and land of marginally profitable or unprofitable agricultural enterprises to citizens on condition of life-long hereditary possession. The aforesaid land shall be used for agricultural purposes. The dimensions of land area shall be established with the consideration of local conditions but shall not exceed 5 hectares for irrigated areas and 15 hectares for non-irrigated areas.

The President authorizes experimental allotment on unused land and land of marginally profitable or unprofitable agricultural enterprises to citizens on condition of life-long hereditary possession. The aforesaid land shall be used for agricultural purposes. The dimensions of land area shall be established with the consideration of local conditions but shall not exceed 5 hectares for irrigated areas and 15 hectares for non-irrigated areas.

This Decree lays down the principles and procedures to be applied in case of drought. This Decree covers water management, agricultural techniques, seed and plant diversity, irrigation techniques, economic and social support, planning of pasture feeding and land use, pest management and any measures to implement urgent action and restrictions in arid and irrigated agricultural land. Moreover, it sets up the related institutional framework, which includes the following: Agricultural Drought Management Board; Monitoring and Early Warning Committee; Risk Assessment Committee; Flow Data Unit.
