The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of six paragraphs, lays down the method to be followed by governors of provinces to establish urban areas. A range of a sewage system finished with a sewage treatment plant has to be taken into consideration. The border should be determined along external borders of building plots belonging to the given sewage network.

The Decision provides for the institution of the Institute, its functions and powers, involving research activities dedicated to the improvement and application of new technologies to land administrationand cadastral mapping. .

The Decision provides for the institution of the Department, its functions and powers, involving activities dedicated to the management of cartography and topography on land, sea and overland.

This Decree establishes the modalities of demarcation, restoration and determination of the boundaries of land plots and legalization thereof. It shall be compulsory for land tenants, landowners, lessees and organizations and individual entrepreneurs carrying out land survey practices. The establishment of lands plot boundaries shall be compulsory preliminary condition for land allotment.

El presente Decreto aprueba el Reglamento de organización y funciones de la Dirección Nacional Técnica de Demarcación Territorial de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros, como órgano rector del Sistema de Demarcación Territorial. La Dirección tiene por objetivo conducir el proceso de la demarcación territorial, así como lograr el saneamiento de límites del territorio nacional y su organización racional, a fin de facilitar el proceso de descentralización y regionalización.

These Regulations of the Territorial Planning Commission concern design standards and other requirements and criteria for all subdivisions, agriculture subdivisions, lot parcelling, estates of deceased persons and parental subdivisions submitted to the Territorial Planning Commission. The Regulations concern also land survey and registration and specify criteria for improvement plans.

These Regulations contain rules relative to land surveys in Guam.Every land survey must be conducted by a land surveyor duly registered in accordance with 21 GCA Chapter 60, or by persons exempt from registration as provided in said Title. The Rules concern measurements, markings, preservation of records, survey methods and criteria, relationship between the surveyor and client and mapping.

The present Regulation introduces some amendments to the Designation of Provincial Forests Regulation 226/88. In particular,it adds clause c to section 15 of the Schedule dealing with survey and mapping of parcels of lands.

This Order establishes terms and conditions for environmental impact assessment (EIA) of the projects related to the use and protection of soil, and quality control of land survey and mapping. The purpose of environmental impact assessment (EIA) shall be to ensure rational and efficient soil management. Environmental impact assessment (EIA) shall be applicable to land survey and mapping practices carried out by entities subordinated to the State Committee on Land Resources, Geodesy and Cartography and by all other entities that have carried out them under licence of the Committee.

The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters necessary for the enforcement of the Cadastral Act.Matters prescribed in this Decree include: criteria requisites for land within a parcel numbering region; classification and determination of land categories; cadastral records; land alteration and cadastral adjustment registration; cadastral surveying; registration of cadastral survey businesses; etc.

These Regulations amend the Land Survey Regulations by inserting a new table of contents and in regulations, 1, 4, 10, 11, 13, 19, 20 and 21. The amendments mainly concerns methods of measurement and survey, procedures for temporary and final approval of a survey by the Surveyor-General and connection of a survey to the National Co-ordinate System.

Article 1 of the present Ordinance establishes that for official acts carried out by Geological Service of the Environment, Nature Protection and Geology Office in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern fees shall be charged. The text consists of 2 articles and 1 Annex.
