This Decision approves the adjusted master plan on the construction of Bo Y international border-gate economic zone.The plan shall include: the development of agriculture, forestry and fishery; the development of water supply infrastructures; the building of wastewater treatment stations; the management and use of land.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province.The plan aims at developing Ba Ria-Vung Tau into an industrial province strong in marine economy with a system of national and international commercial ports, and into an industrial, touristic and fisheries centre of the region. The socio-economic development shall be achieved on the basis of protecting, regenerating and enriching marine, forest, land and water resources, protecting the environment, particularly ecological and marine.

These Regulations concern the control of the burning of heather, rough grass, bracken, gorse and vaccinium. The Regulations prohibit burners from starting burns between sunset and sunrise, and require them to ensure that there are sufficient persons and equipment to control burns and to take all reasonable precautions to prevent injury or damage arising from burns. The Regulations also prohibit burning without a licence outside the “burning season”.

The purpose of this Regulation is to provide measures to prevent the risk of contamination from hazardous substances in the soil, at sea and in watercourses, as well as air pollution caused by noise and emissions of hazardous substances by implementing regular inspections with the aim to ensure that environmental quality and standards are maintained.

Regulation 3 clarifies the definition of waste in regulation 2 of the principal Regulations. For the purposes of the principal Regulations "waste" is to be defined by reference to the definition of waste in Council Directive 75/442/EEC on waste and shall include any substance or category of substance listed in the European Waste Catalogue. Regulation 4 amends regulation 19 of the principal Regulations so as to enable the prosecution of Scottish partnerships and partners of a Scottish Partnership or persons purporting to act in that capacity for offences under the principal Regulations.

This Decree amends Annex 1 of the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Health on conditions of use of modified feces on landfills. The amendments concern taking samples of feces and soil.

This Decree, which is composed o six articles, was prepared by the Ministry of Environment in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Health.

La presente Orden establece las bases reguladoras para la concesión de ayudas para la realización de proyectos de investigación científica, desarrollo e innovación tecnológica contemplados en los Planes Nacionales de Residuos y Recuperación de Suelos Contaminados, en el marco del Programa Nacional de Ciencias y Tecnologías Medioambientales del Plan Nacional de Investigación Científica, Desarrollo e Innovación Tecnológica 2004-2007.

These Regulations make provision for implementing Chapter 1 of Part 1 of the Act (waste sent to landfills) including the landfill allowances scheme under that Part. Part 2 includes provisions on the allocation, banking, borrowing and transfer of landfill allowances. After the Secretary of State has made an allocation of landfill allowances under section 4 of the Act, the monitoring authority is required under regulation 5 to assign reference numbers to those allowances and to allocate them to the landfill allowance accounts of waste disposal authorities.
